try updating your I-pod on the iTunes software on your computer if that doesn't work back up your I-pod on the iTunes and then reset your I-pod to factory settings. now if you backed your I-pod up properly then log back into your I-pod with your iTunes account and plug it into your computer, it should automatically restore all your apps and music ect. then you should be able to sync what ever u want again the problembeing is u probanlypicked up a virus or something on your I-pod
First make sure the battery has some charge by using a wall plugin. Then try resetting it by holding down the power button and home/middle button at the same time until it turns off. It should automatically start back up again.

Plug your IPod into your computer. Once Itues loads up select your ipode and press the restore button. That will reset your IPod back to factory settings.
there is a reset..you must reset ur i pod to back it to normal or
reformat it to back in the original setting...if i pod doesn't
