Only one channel going to b/w

Only one channel on my jwin dtv4622 is going to black and white after a few minutes. If I changed the channel then go back it was fine for a few minutes. Now it will only be in black and white. I have checked the other tv's in the house and the one channel is in color but not this one tv. Why is this one channel in black and white while the rest of the 75 channels are in color?

No signal on tv

Manually change the TV to the relevant AV channel.

Also you don't need both the S-video and the yellow RCA connection. Use one or the other.

HCT DVD recorder: HDVR-960s

I purchased this same unit yesterday from the PX Power Zone. I hooked up the unit and even managed to record a few minutes of a show. I then went into setup and made a few changes. Now, I have no display at all from the unit. Does anyone know how to reset the unit back to factory settings? Please email me at [email protected]. Many thanks!

Your closed captions are on and set to TEXT. Go into the menu, turn off the closed captions and the black box will vanish.

The set you have has a bad tuner assembly. At this point most likely you would be better off getting a new TV set. Good Luck
