Connect it to the computer and reformat it.

all you have to do is let them run out of battery

if your player is frozen, try the steps outlined here

In this case on the Mp3 player itself u will see a Hold/Unphold slide switch just slide that switch to the opposite direction and that will fix the problem

Press and hold the volume up + key and the select button to perform a "hard reset" Best of Luck.

The secret to treating brain damage on the c150 is to definitely use the <http://www.sendspace.com/file/7ge9cr> download. This is a *.rar file and you need to also download the 7zip freeware program to extract the contents of the file to a folder. Read the *.txt message in the folder and follow the directions and you will be back in business. Your c150 will probably occasionally have a relapse so keep the folder on your computer. This works!
