Hi, May be your display driver has been corrupted or deleted, try to go online and update the driver. The problem may solve.
There is a similar post (ACER x223w monitor) who describes somewhat the same issue.
Do you have some child safety feature enabled?

The problem could be your bezel. Remove the 3 screws from the hinges from the rear and you will be able to remove the black strip above the keyboard (after removing the screws, make sure laptop is layed wide open) once removed, press the button on the motherboard under where the power button is. If the unit still does not power up, then your motherboard is bad and needs to be replaced. If it does power up, you need to replace the bezel.

You will have to turn it upside down and start removing compartments untill you find it. (As you did not give me the model of the computer I can't tell you exactly where it is)
The CMOS battery is located on the motherboard and it looks like a large watch battery.

hey check them if the pics u shoot are in C:\Users\username\Pictures then it is ok simply it is a bug of the pic capturing program of acer u can easily update it from this link
