Bad window motors. Before changing motors, check to see if front and rear windows operate on separate fuses. If all four are on the same fuse, then the motors are probably bad.

SOURCE: power windows stopped working

If all the windows stopped working at the same time, then its probably just a blown fuse. The fuse box is located on the left side instrument panel.

Good luck

SOURCE: 1999 Dodge Durango driver side window does not roll up nor down.

Remove the door panel and find the window motor Unplug it and using a separate car battery run cables directly to the window motor When you switch the polarity the motor will either bring the window up or down or if noting happened change the window motor and window regulator assembly.

2007 mazda 6 front and rear driver and rear passenger windows not working.

The windows need to be re-learned.
- Park the car on level floor. Shift the gear lever to P or N. Pull up the hand brake. Start the engine.
- Sit on driver's seat. Lower the driver side window. Keep the button pressed for three to four Seconds after the window glass sits completely.
- Move up the window glass and do the same as above.
- Do the same with passenger side window glass while sitting on the passenger seat.
- Repeat the same procedure for rear windows one by one from their own buttons.
- Sit on a drivers seat and operate all the windows one by one.
Note:
If the problem persists, pull up the body diagnostic error codes with Diagnostic computer or re-learn the windows with the same machine.

The power windows on my 90 4runner stopped working

If the driver's window works, and the rest do not, I would start with testing the driver switch. The other windows are powered thru that master switch.

1995 Ford Taurus windows and locks not working

The windows and power locks are controlled through a central computer module called the Generic electronic module, you must have this module scanned by the dealer (or a well equipped shop with a Ford compatible scanner) to see what is wrong with the system.

Rear windows won't go down

You also have Circuit Breakers for your windows, Or your Master Switch ,You can Test the Driver Control Switch or the rear switches by removing the Switches and using the connector Plug and a Jump wire try jumping accross the wires,if they go up or down you could have a Bad Switch,if nothing moves more than likely your Window Motor is bad. BUT first CHECK your Circuit Breakers ,It could be Labeled as accessery Relay or circuit Breaker.

My passenger side, and rear power windows dont work and my lights dim when i try and let the passenger side window down the rear windows cause the car to do nothing. when i first bought the car the rear...

The motor on the passenger side is shorted and is now tripping the circuit breaker. Odds are, the back window motor is also bad. You have to take the panel off to check the motor. You can power it directly to verify it has failed.
