Question about Riccar R552
Riccar Model 555 SU, bought in Texas in the 1970's, in excellent condition. I am looking for a quilting foot for it.
Are parts and manual still available for this model? If not, are there generic parts that will fit?
IF THIS IS completely free how come i have to download anything and is this completely free 1 time only? For give my skepticism, but i am not into downloading anything on to my computer.

Here's a manual for the 551, it should be similar enough for your machine.
If not look on www.riccar.com/help/manuals for a similar model.
Find out what shank your machine is and you should be able to buy parts for it. I find ebay great for old sewing machine parts.
Hope this helps!
