Hello,

Before you conclude that the battery is the problem, i suggest, you get a similar charger to charge your phone first, if the similar charger charges the phone, then, ii means you are having charger problem, but if it does not charge the phone, you should be considering the idea of getting another battery to see if it will charge on your phone.

The problem can also be that, the charging port of your phone is bad, you can use your charger to charge a similar phone and see if it charges, if it does, then, the problem is either th battery or the charging port.

Check the following one after the other to detect what the problem is,

1. Try use a similar charger to charge your phone to see if it will charge.
2 Get a battery from someone that as a similar phone to test your phone to see if it will power up.
If it works with your phone, get a new battery for your phone, the one you have on it is dead and will need to be replace.

Take care.

My phone wont turn on

Hello,

You can also check for the battery may be it is not well charged because the cell of the battery might be weak and needs to wake up by much charger.

You can also get another battery to test the phone to be sure it is not the battery.

You can check both the battery and the board to be sure of wish is faulty.

Take care.

My lg env3 all of a sudden wont turn on, one day i was charging it and i shut off and wont turn back on??

First thing to do is check the battery or try to replace another one and see if its just the problem. might need for replacement cause you may using it for a long time or you might left it overnight charging.
Also check the charger if can filled up the battery content.

OH MY GOD!  WHY ARE WE YELLING!?!!  THE BATTERY IS CHARGED!?  AHH, RUN FOR THE HILLS! THERE ARE CHARGING BATTERIES HERE!

Secondly, you didn't even pose a question.  I can assume you meant to add 'WHY, LORD, IS THE HAPPENING TO ME, WHY!!?!", to which I say, "When phones get wet they get broke."

Bought a brand new LG env3 cellular phone from Verizon on 10/28. Replaced phone 3 times since because it won't hold a charge and the battery case gets hot. The battery depletes itself with 2 hours....

BATTERY UNABLE TO CHARGE, ALTHOUGH PHONE WORKS

Well, the white to pink dot is a sign of water in the phone. It is a moisture indicator and the first thing the repair fols look for so they can deny any claims.

They second thing is you can get an external battery charger for the razor. They run about 5 dollars and allow you to charge the battery seperate from the phone.
