How do I shorten my Ice watch strap?

Mcdevito75 here, I imagine you mean a Band (metal) they can be shortened by removeing links from the band itself, you"ll need a specific tool called a link remover tool. they are available on ebay. However by the time you get the tool and the time to do the work, and if you don"t do any work on watches, the best bet is to look for a small watch repair shop in your area to remove these links. Hold onto the removed links for later replacement. If it"s a Strap (material) on your watch, say, leather, rubber etc. simply cut the excess strap at an angle with scissors.
