Hi Adshegern,
I think you have a fan problem. Your refrigerator mus have a bad fan or not working fan. I suggest you full out the refrigerator and open back lower cover. Two months ago, I have a problem like your. I fixed by replace a fan. You have to options to fix it.
Option 1. Check your refrigerator's fan with voltage. It think it should be 120VAC. If yes, you can buy a fan from electronics store (it cost about $12.00 to $17.00). they you remove the old fan and its motor out. Install the new fan in. Then you need to drill 4 holes to tie the fan. By doing this, you keep the fan running stable. The fan won't vibrate.
Option 2. You can go online to this website partstore.com and buy an exactly the one you need and replace the old one. It cost about $40.00.
Good luck

just unplug it wait 5 minutes and plug back in. If this doesn;t work, replace the mother board.

SOURCE: My freezer remains cold at the proper temperature
That is way too warm for a refrigerator, those temps are unafe to keep food - it should be no warmer than 40F, and optimally 34F. For your freezer no warmer than 10F, optimal is 0F and colder.
If your freezer is within those temps, then your evap fan is working normally - you might want to have your damper checked - it is a flap that opens and closes as needed to circulate cold air to your refrigerator - if this damper is stuck and woN't open or open wide enough your refrigerator won't get the needed cooling.
You might want to check for leaky gaskets in your door.
