It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola Karma QA1 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

So the phone I have is the motorola hint, QA30, actually identical in design (except square, red and black) and I have similar problems, my right navigator (right shoulder) and my up and left buttons, as well as my send button, will randomly stop working, I find (in all seriousness, no joke) that sometimes hitting the phone (lightly of course) seems to get the buttons to work again,

Still having this issue? I just read the problem. The mini hard drive can be connected to a PC with the right adapter. If you still want to salvage the songs let me know.

Hi are you still trying to get music off your rio karma. E-mail me at [email protected] if still needed

Files can be copied to the computer from the karma although it doesn't work all that well.
You'll need to use Rio Taxi. I think you can get that if you connect the karma to your network using the dock then browse to the karma's ip address and get it. If not you may have to try and find a place to download it.
