Emerson will support the 475 communicator through the end of September, 2020. Transcat is able to support your 475 communicators with Easy Upgrades purchased from Transcat now and beyond September, 2020.

What does this mean?

Emerson will continue to add DD's (device drivers) to the Easy Upgrades through September, 2020. Both Emerson and Transcat can perform your Easy Upgrades during this time. No two PCs/Laptops are equal, so if I were to give you a part No. without knowing your PC/Laptop hardware, I'd be giving you generic information, and not the specific info you require.

My best advice is to take the unit to your nearest PC shop/repairer and they'll find this for you and give you a quotation as to cost of part and cost or repairs.

This may be due to the inverter board found behind your lcd panel.
Take it apart & solder the two sides of the coil found on the inverter board. This loose solder is caused by heat.
