One, put the files in a compressed folder, then put the compressed folder onto the Sansa. Two, convert the music files to something other than .wma, .mp3, and .wav.
Early versions of the Sansa express will not support High Density microSDHD cards whcih are usually found in Cards greater than 2GB and definetely on cards greater than 4GB.
In Flash drive mode, make sure that the microSD card can be seen on your PC as a second drive for your Player. To ensure better compatibilty, I would suggest that the microSD card be FORMATted while inserted in your Player.
I would initially only put a couple of songs on your microSD card to test that the card is compatible.
In this case wat u can do is on the Mp3 player itself u will see a slide switch which will say Hold/Unhold or Lock/Unlock............ Just make sure it is not Locked or On Hold and then try to turn it on......... Good Luck....... Take Care And now it should recognise it
Try manually looking at the CD by going to the "My Computer" icon, and double-clicking the CD. If you see any files in there called setup.exe, double-click and go. It should startup. If the computer tells you that it can't read the cd, or to insert a cd, then it's possibly it's not the right format for your computer. Either it's a dvd that you can't read, or maybe it's the mac version and you hace a PC, or vice-versa? Steven
