Check the mp3 player's manufacturer website to get the software. If Philips made the mp3 player, for instance, go to www.usasupport.philips.com
Most manufacturers have the software on their website in case you lose the CD.

My problem is for the player trancend mp850 player when ever i tried t nconvert any vedio it say loding vedio failed what to do.... plez help me sir or mam

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses.

You most likely need to convert the downloaded files and then copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions to convert video files for MP3 players :-

I have a sansa e260r but i dont have a proper vedio converter now ,i downloaded the sansa media player but it can convert very little.please help me find a converter that can convert winamp vedios and real...

You have to download a free program such as Riva FLV Encoder first, and use it to convert your Real/Winamp videos to AVI format. Once they are in AVI format, the Sansa Media Converter will recognize them.

Cant get the unit to down load pix or vedio

Video files need to be converted into AVI format before being uploaded to your MP3 player with the AVI converter software that was included on your MP3 player. Your MP3 player must be in USB Disk mode before transferring video files. Once the desired video files have been converted to AVI format they can be uploaded to your MP3 player with the Media Manager software that was also included on the Software Application CD provided with your MP3 player.

Picture files also use the media manager

Not there

if the cmos utility does not register a device, your windows won't
open the case, fix the working device carefully, go to the cmos utility to register the device and your windows will recognise it.

Infitek mp4 player

First, check the user manual and see if proprietary video conversion software came with the installation CD. good luck if you lost the install CD, b/c Infitek's website sucks.

Either use Windows Media Player, ArcSoft Media converter, or another program to transfer video files to the player if it didn't come with proprietary software.
