The disk driver will not auto run the set up disk

Run the driver from the disk by clicking on the execution file ..or running the auto-installation ..and only attach the printer when it asks or after the driver is installed ..
Or ...plug the printer...and let the wizard start ..select not to look for the driver on the net ..but to select it from a location ...click the case that will alow to browse for a location ..and point the search to the disk drive ..and click next ..this way you will force windows to install the driver for it ..
If on the disk are several drivers for more than one operation system ..you will have to select when browsing the driver folder and specify the xp one ..

Hello Download the SATA driver for your particular chipset. Then download nlite (just google it). Install it and follow the directions to slipstream the driver into your installation disc. You can also add SP3 and all the drivers you need to it.

I think that you have chosen some settings that are not compatible on it ..resolution too big and probably the refresh rate high ..
first from the monitor settings ..press the auto-settings button ..and let it make the proper choice ..after that ..to eliminate any settings in the video card that might affect it ..boot your computer in safe mode..and remove the video card driver from control panel ...add /remove programs ...and after that run it again from the disk or ..from teh support site if you do not have the disk ..
If you only have the on board driver..and you do not have a disk ..run it from the drivers of the motherboard disk ..This will reset the odd choices on the video card ..and make it work ..to open in safe mode..press F12 on start ..and choose safe mode..(for some computers the button is F9 or F8 )Usually the button is specified when it boots up ..
But ..for to be sure that this is the cause...you have to hear to computer running ..and only the display to be black ...otherwise can be a physical fault..

You will need the Driver installation Disk for the wireless Keyboard and start the auto run from the CD. According to your operating system install the proper drivers from the Disk.

just run the disk that came with the printer into the computer ...and when it asks plug the printer into USB or whatever cable it has....You can even plug it first and run the disk after ..but usually this will cause the computer to run the installation wizard and it may be a little confusing..but not too much ...if you choose to do so ...just cancel the auto-wizard ...and run the disk ...be sure that the printer is plugged and on ..when you install it ...the rest will go auto ..after you finish just restart the computer ...It will print a trial with the specifications first ...

Here you can change the network settings to match you new Network scheme. You will have to reinstall the print drivers after you correct the network settings. If you have the driver disk it will auto run and find the machine, if you don't have the disk you can download the drivers at kmbs.konicaminolta.com where you can also download the user manuals in PDF format that will go into more detail on changing the network settings.

If disc was not part of the purchase as is the case lately the software is on the unit's drive.Try a different usb port and if the drive shows up on your PC set it to Auto Play open files to see files in folder then you can run setup if not auto.Try a different PC running...Windows XP or VISTA.Good Luck.

In the disk you should find a setup file or .exe file to install the game, the autorun file is just to tell the PC to run the file. Have a look for it

This is caused by :-
1. Your hard disk has failed.
2. Your BIOS settings for the hard drive has been altered
3. Your hard drive has been wiped or someone or a virus program that has deleted critical files.

Go into your BIOS setup to check the hard disk settings, if possible see if it will auto detect the hard drive.

Also boot up with a DOS disk run FDISK to see if you can detect a hard disk, partitions etc.

If the hard disk appears OK you may be able to do a disk repair, most likely you would need to re-install the operating system and the laptop drivers for video, audio, LAN, modem etc.

There are a number of bugs with Vista and the later versions of Office (like 2007). Try running "setup.exe" from the Office disk and use great caution before installing SP1 for Office 2007 since the SP1 auto-install can cause problems with Vista.
