Re: Car wants to but won't start, Battery in key is
Well try changing the battery and see if that helps your situation, if not then id start with a full tune up and go from there. Im sure a new fuel filter wouldent hurt either.

seems like your car had flat battery open the boot by key blade and jump the battery or connect battery charger in it when you do that be careful don't mix up the connection.
next time you try to start the car just put the key in and turn the ignition on dont try to start it to see if your security light comes on. if any kind of security light come on or flashes call a dealer to find out how to reset the system. if u have the wireless transponder for the security the battery may have gone dead
It's not that unusual for a battery to fail that soon, and the "no lights, no nothing" says that it's the battery again. Your best bet at this point is to pull the battery and take it to the point of purchase for testing. They should either replace it under warranty or charge it for you. After you replace the battery you should have the charging/electrical system checked for possible shorts or power drains. BillB
