The possible problem here is that you put in too much gas and the compressor pistons are pumping liquid and not gas . This is hammering the rod ends on the swivel plate and if allowed to continue will result in compressor failure requiring a new compressor Have an accredited ac specialist shop check the pressures in the system and adjust to correct levels.
Hi, No, a byproduct of cooling the air is condensation....or dehumidification... so in short.. if you want to cool the air you will also dehumidify it...
Check the float thaat is the sensor to indicate the water level to the micro controller. The wires are cut or the float is deffective .

I think it may be a blown fuse.... My unit is doing the same thing except I'm not getting an error code on the display. I opened the unit and checked the fuse, it was definitely blown. I have to wait till tomorrow to get the new fuse to see if that fixes the load beeping and the non-responsive display.
Ok... you wrote "lock was all dry but after i charge the system it start leaking from the same place that the original was leaking,(center of ac compressure.)" Sounds like you should have 'OVER HAULED' the existing/used compressor before installing it... OR bought a recondition/new compressor (ya think?). It appears both the original and used compressors have the same defect.
If the blower is working,it indicates your car blower system is ok.If the freon system is contain the correct amount and still clutch is not turning when the A/C switch is in the on position check the supply for the compressure. If there is supply that means the problem with the A/C compressur clutch coil and apply the repair procediure or replace A/C cpmpressure. If there is no supply Check the fuses, wiring system and A/C system pressure switch.
