You will find batteries at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

To open the shaver body, you will first need to gently pry off the 'cap' on the bottom that surrounds the hole where the cord plugs in. Once removed the side grips will pull off revealing 4 screws. Remove screws to take off back cover and access insides. Inner parts simply lift out. Reassemble in reverse order

Very helpful...Brector's instructions were perfect. Here is what I can add: Once we get the razor disassembled, clean the contacts. Mine were covered with just enough stubble to insulate the contact and break the power connection. I wiped down the contacts on the shaver head piece and within the razor body -- and the razor turned on in my hand, only partially assembled. The contacts are located to the bottom left of the razor head as it lays down in the body -- batteries up. Very quick and simple solution worth checking before buying new batts.

How to replace battery braun shaver series 1

I don't know about this specific model of Braun shaver (I have a Braun Model 7526).

I have looked at the instructions for a couple of models of Braun Shaver, and the instructions are similar so it may help you to replace the batteries in yours.

Here is one of the instructions:
Braun 7526 battery problem
http://www.fixya.com/support/t1171024-braun_7526_battery_problem

Open the shaver:
1) Use a small flat screw driver pry off the bottom (where the cord plugs in)
2) Remove the silver sides
3) Using a small torq driver remove the 4 screws
4) Open shaver
5) Remove circuit board with batteries
6) Remove and replace circuit board with batteries (or solder in the new batteries)

And here is a link to instructions for a few different ones:

How do I open my Braun 9585 Pulsesonic shaver to replace the battery??

Hello

Remove the electrical cord from the base of the shaver.

Press down and slide off the panel on the front of the shaver.

Remove the two nickel-plated batteries. Use these batteries as a guide to purchase new batteries at a hardware store or home repair store. Recycle the old batteries when finished. (Many hardware and home repair stores have battery-recycling stations.)

Put the new batteries inside the shaver and press gently to pop into place.

Place the front panel back on the shaver and plug the electrical cord into the bottom of the shaver. Connect to an electrical outlet to charge.

Braun 7505 switch won't slide down to off position. battery has to run down to stop. What can I do?

Guest solution (2008) to Pry out the blue button worked great for me. Not sure what the semi-circular shapes under the button were for but the switch works fine now. The only down side was that prying the button off broke the tab holding it, but this is no big deal. Saved me the cost of a new razor and I like the Braun 7505 model because it works great and is smaller than some of the newer models.

Charging does not work and is immediately empty

I believe that you are stating that your model 4775 Braun shaver no longer holds a charge. To repair this you will need to replace the batteries. To replace the batteries, you will need to open the shaver up. First, remove the two round plastic screw covers on the bottom of the shaver then remove the screws that are underneath. The outer casing will then slide off the bottom of the shaver. You will then be able to access the batteries.
You will find batteries for model 4775 at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

Shaver not charging.

The batteries should not really get warm. You may not have a good solder connection
Assuming that the batteries are in correctly with good solder joints, the problem is likely the motor. With the shaver fully assembled, remove just the foil and cutter and then turn the unit on. Use your finger to push the piece of plastic that the cutter fits into back and forth. If it starts and moves slowly or if it stutters, the brushes in the moto are probably bad. Because the motor is a sealer unit, the motor will need replaced. If you require this part, you will find it at shaveroutlet.com. See link below.

I just need to know where I can get new batteries for my braun syncro 7505. The batteries don't have any markings telling the volts or milliamps. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with...

Yes, these are NiMH AA 1.2V flat top batteries. Replacements can be found on some battery websites (like onlybatteries.com). I'd get the 2200mAh rated ones, as they'll hold a longer charge than the 1650mAh ones. You will need two of them (the shaver has a 2.4V motor). This works for most Braun shaver models from 6000 to 8000.
