Where do i get instructions for changing the code on my hardline digital safe. The instruction paper that came with it appears to be for another safe. the paper mentions a red button where no red button is present. is there perhaps a product code or serial number somewhere on the safe where I might have over-looked?

Just throw it away and buy a new one from Sentry Safe. It is an unknown company with no Support.
