Cannot access PageScope Web Connection in client PC

Hi, We can access the bizhub 350 PageScope Web Connection for http://10.190.50.50 in IE Browser, All of our PCs can access this, but only one PC cannnot access this link ( Show Page not found in IE ), I checked that the windows firewall turn off and there is no another firewall program is running...

so, what settings in this PC I need to check in order to access bizhub 350 PageScope Web Connection ? Thank you very much...

First try to ping this address, to see that this pc finds printer. you have to check network settings for that pc

One Touch Function

Logout from public, log in as public and select html instead of flash in pagescope web admin. once the page loads click the refresh button provided (not the one for the browser) and the address tab should work). Also try different browser (chrome, firefox, etc...) if using the big blue e, choose compatibility mode view.

I want to change the "from" address on the scanner to a more generic one, such as copier@.....

From PageScope web connection enter the Admin mode.
Select Network, Email, Email Transmission.
Enter Admin email address.
Enter Device email address.
Select Apply

Printing double sided

You have to log onto the printer's
Print Setting tab for the PageScope Web Connection
and set the 2-sided to on. See Section 1-47,page 1-151

Google talk is blocked in my pc.. to access google talk what should i do?

It is quite simple.
1. Open this in your browser ie. firefox :
http://talkgadget.google.com/talkgadget/client
2. Now bookmark this in your firefox bookmark folder.
3. Goto your bookmark and navigate to G-talk shortcut, right click on it and goto properties and enable “Load this bookmark in sidebar”

You are done. Now whenever you will open gtalk web based client from bookmarks, it will open in sidebar.

use web browser, go your 350 ip address log in as admin, in network setting fill smtp server address and also you have to put email address for the printer and maybe its required to fill admin email also. and should work.
