try unplugging it for about 10 minutes and starting it up again... that hopefully will reset it.... have you found out what that error code is

Call DellCrap tech support and see what they say. I will never use anything from DellCrap. Go to the Espson website and click Clearance. Pick a refurbished/new printer, Free shipping, 1 year warranty. Stay away from The DellCrap Company.

contacted dell tech support. noticed that the rotator frame was slightly bent. tech told me that the printer had to be replaced since they do not offer parts for this.
