Reseting the password will unlock the mailbox.To reset your voice mail password, press feature 983 the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

Sounds like you have a BCM system,. In that case, enter feature 983 -> You will now see LOG:type in 738662 (SETNNA) and press OK -> You will now see PASSWORD: type in 266344 (CONFIG) and press OK -> then you will see the ADMIN and the options for MBOX, AA, OTHR . use the prevoius instructions past this point

I tried your steps but I can't get passed the "invalid password". Tried all the numbers that you suggested above. How will I ever be able to check my voicemail for our Sales group?? I am desperate..

My mailbox is locked. I have gone through the log and password and reset it but 0000 will not let me in. It just keeps saying mailbox locked see admin. What should i try next?
