My action replay wont be recognized!

I just bought the action replay DSi i have installed the softwear and have used the codes on my DS but When i plug the cartridge into my computer, nothing happenes. it fails to recognize that anything is even plugged in! what do i do?

Make sure your usb cord is plugged in to your DSi AR and computer. **do not have the AR plugged in to the DSi.
then put the AR's CD ROM in.
you go to start menu.
type in device manager.
right click Dsi AR...
click the driver tab.
click update driver.
click browse computer.
then check the box [subfolders].
BROWSE.
find DSi CD ROM folder.
and voila! :D
it should work

If you are talking about cheat codes, then you will need something like an Action Replay for DSi (http://www.amazon.com/Action-Replay-DSi-Nintendo-DS/dp/B002N73PEQ) This will allow you to enter cheat codes for DS games.

Animal Crossing Wild World wont work on my action replay
have the exact same problem with mine, except its not unkown, but the 2 white bars freezing and stuff. what you need to do is restart your AR by turning off the DS and holding start select and some other button then type in the game name and id again. than it should work just fine

Since action replay voids Nintendo's warrant, there is not much you can do about that. Action replays can ruin you system, as you know, and that is why Nintendo doesn't support them.
