    I have the same problem, however, I really want to locate the PROPER changing instructions online somewhere. I have experience replacing housings on all prior RAZR models. This is my first RAZR2. I need to replace the outer and the inner screen lenses on this unit. Does anyone have the instructions, or know where I can locate them?

    I am trying to find out how to remove the outer screen to clean dust from under it. Seem there should be a way, but can't find much about it online.

Unfortunately if it could have been done by your wireless store they would have done it for you. I feel your pain because I have had this happen to me as well. Having to put your numbers back in or trying to find them all is a royal pain.

This means that your phone screen is damage,but it can be replace then your phone can star working again

The way out to solve this problem is that you have to take it to a good phone work shop around you for replace.

This can be remark by you if you have the tools to fix it up and you have to get another screen for replacement.

Usb driver for motorola v9
You need to download motorola drivers from the motorola website. I had the same problem with my v3 but after i downloaded the drivers it was fixed. If you google search your fone you should be able to find the drivers or go the the motorola website.

Motorola RAZR V3 faceplate lens cracked
It is not hard to change the faceplates on cell phones but you will need a special screwdriver to take the faceplate off, It looks like an octogon. I am not sure if it will fix the lens but when you look at the new plate you will be able to tell. Anymore question just giveme a shout bud.

if you got your phone from a service provider, then it means your ringtone are locked to only theirs. you would need to download from their selection only.
The only other option is bring it to a local repair shop and have it debranded. not all service centers can do this, if you need it done we do it all the time - the cost is $40 + shipping
