My Golf Logix GPS says scroll up to first hole but will not go up to first hole. The batteries are new so that is not the problem.

O to the help button in the upper right hand corner of your course manager. There will be a bunch of questions that appear down the right hand side. The bottom one should say How do I restore my golfgps. Press that, and press the button that comes up that says restore. With the gps plugged in and turned on, it will quickly move to say that your gps has been restored. Press Ok, and turn the gps off , count to five, and turn it back on. Reload your courses, and you should be good to go!

My Golflogic reads the course but then I cannot scroll up to first hole.

Thats an easy one. Go into the course manager software where you load courses and press Help. Choose the option that says "how do i restore my unit" and then click restore. Plug in the GPS and turn it on. after it says its restored, turn it off, then back on (the gps, not the computer) and load your courses again. You should be good to go!

Make sure that the arrow is pointing to the batteries, and that the cube is ALL the way to the bottom of the socket, with no space between it and the bottom at ALL. I suggest twisting the plug left and right while pushing down with your thumb.

Unit comes on and locks on a single hole and thaty's it.

You need to download the 3.5 software from golfgps.com and then update courses on your unit.

MY GOLF LOGIX HAS WORKED FOR OVER 2 YEARS . NOW IT WILL NOT AQUIRE SATELLITES. OTHER GOLF LOGIX IN MY **** WORK FINE

The GolfLogix 7 had a problem that if you did a reset to factory defaults it wiped out the Almanac in the GPS. This is the Table of where the satelites are. Put in a fresh set of battery's....turn it on and put it out in the open sky for 4 to 8 hours. Sometimes this will work. If not contact Golflogix Tech Support. They ill probable ship you a replacement unit.
