Suddenly screens went black

My razor was working fine and then all of a sudden screens went black. The keypad still lights up and I can make calls if I know the number and enter it manually but otherwise I can't really access the phone. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.

The keypad not responding on my Razor V3 before only the call button (green button) on my razr V3 was not working........suddenly all buttons stopped working except for cancel button (red button)...
you will need to replaced the flexcable on the phone also try having the keypad flexfile reflash in the phone. To correct this issue

The keypad do not work
Either a software re flash may help or a keypad replacement. Usually facial moisture could be a cause of this. i would recommend trying a blow dryer on the keypad for 40 seconds with out the battery to see if that fixes the problem

ale - take the phone and try a new battery if that does not work then you need to have the phone looked at by a repair shop adn diagnose the problem for you.

Main display went black on enV
Yeah same with mine... the front screen went black.... it started to get lines up and down... then all of a sudden just the front screen turned off! :-(

You have to desmentle your phone then you clean up the flexi using isoprophyl alcohol clean the flexi together with flexi cleaper on the motherboard,avoied the ipa flowing dierect to the lcd. advice by dogy.
