You don't actually put it on the tablet. You sign into your itunes account from your tablet, then scratch the back of the card to reveal the serial number and type that into the itunes account and your money will appear on your account as a credit for you to make purchases. have fun.

Hi. PUK codes are normally provided by your network. If it is a prepaid simcard, you can look at the package and scratch the black part of the card where you detached the simcard. This will reveal the simscard PUK 1 and PUK 2.

puk code can easily be found in the packaged document of the sim if the sim card is purchased brand new just look for a note puk code unsealed it or sometimes scratch it to reveal the code.

check for the sim card case and kindly scratch the silver fields of it to reveal the PUK 1 and 2 codes.. Have a nice day ahead!

All you have to do is email into the iTunes Store Customer Service and include your GCA/PBH/EPY/VL number in the email and explain that you scratched off the activation part.
They should be able to help you from there on :)

Yeah. Go to apple.com- click ipod plus itunes, and click download itunes. And its totally free to download it. Then you have to buy a card at the store, scratch off the silver part, go to itunes store, click redeem, enter in the code that you scratched off, and you are set to buy music, videos, podcasts, etc.

ps:if you run out of money on your card and you cant buy another one yet, or you dont have a card yet, you can make purchases thru a credit or debit card (which is why it asks for credit or debit card info in the beggining)
