I advice you power off the magicolor 2430 DL and power on after few minutes, while the magicolor 2430 DL is loading or booting, pull out the plug from the AC outlet and wait for minutes before plugging it back and power on, if the problem still per, press the stop button for about 5 seconds and release, see what happens, if it fix the problem.

What or here is the Stop Button? Do you mean Cancel Buttor?
I did unplug the printer and turned backed on and held down the cancel button but still have the Fatal Error Code: 12H.
I did what you said to do. I did turn off the printer, turned it back on and pulled the plug, waited, turned it back and still have the FATAL ERROR CODE: 12H. Any other solutions?

The laser unit on your magicolor 2430 DL is damaged and will need to be replace. The only way to fix this problem is to replace this part.
