If you have power to the stove as in the oven light works and the clock works but the burners and oven will not work you only have 120 volts coming to the stove. The stove requires 240 volts for the burners and oven to work. Check the service panel for a blown fuse. There will be 2 fuses in the fuse holder. One of them is blown. If that is not the case then one of the wires has come loose either in the service panel or in the outlet behind the stove. Use a multimeter to check the input voltage at the outlet.

you will need to replace the control board that contains the clock readout,any power surges ruins these electronics instantly,this can be replaced by removing the rear cover on the back of the unit and remove screws securing the electronic module

most stoves require a 4 wire plug..red, black, white and ground..the white is needed for the 110V to work properly..ground is there for safety incase something shorts out it will blow a fuse/trip circuit breaker

Sound like you make have a loose neutral on the cord where it attaches to the range or in the electrical receptacle where it plugs in, you can check the cord by pulling the range out, remove the small access cover to the cord connection area, after you have unplugged it and just tightened all the nuts to all connections on the cord. On top of that safety valve is a nut. Get a good fitting wrench. Turn on the oven and use that good fitting wrench on that nut. Turn it counterclockwise till the flame comes up about midways of the flame spreader. Don't get the flames too high. Midways of the spreader now. LOL

it sounds like you have a bad eoc which is electronic oven control that is the only thing it could be if your top burners are open

Most ovens, unless they have an electric igniter (does it go tick tick tick when plugged in and turned on? If so, it has an electic ignition.) have a pilot light. In order to keep gas from flowing out, and to prevent a possible explosion when the pilot light has gotten put out, they have an electric thermocouple on them that shuts off the gas when it gets cold. Plug the cord back in, and relight your pilot light by holding the lighter (I recommend a fireplace match or bbq lighter, not a cigarette lighter to prevent singed knuckle hairs!) over the thermocouple for a couple of minutes.
