What is my ID & password. Forgot what they are.

If we knew what your password was then you wouldn't have any security.
Think before you post your question.
You meant to ask, I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
I hesitate to answer questions like this as there is a possibility that you have stolen the laptop and want to use it or get information that is not yours.
My advice is to format and re-install the operating system.
Next time record your passwords in a file on your mobile phone.

I want to change go into my motherboard bios and change the setting "onboard audio" from "auto" to "enabled". At one time I knew how to access bios, but have forgotten. ...

The most common method to get into the BIOS and change something like this are the following keys. Try each and see what happens. Also, sometimes if you watch carefully, the correct keystroke will appear for just a second, really fast.
F2 F1 Delete
What kind of computer is it?
Once in the BIOS, you should find the audio settings on one of the pages.

I need a reset password for my laptop acer travelMate 2423wxci

Hello, If you have a windows 7 password reset disk, you can follow the instructions below to recover the forgotten password.

1. If you enter the wrong password when you attempt to log on, Windows displays a message that the password is incorrect. Click OK to close the message.

2. Click Reset password, and then insert your windows password reset disk (or other removable media).

3. Follow the steps in the Password Reset Wizard to create a new password.

4. Log on with the new password. If you forget your password again, you can use the same password reset disk. You don't need to make a new one.

If you haven't created a windows 7 password reset disk before, you can use Spower Windows Password Reset (SWPR) to recover your forgotten password in few steps:

Step 1: Download and install Spower Windows Password Reset.

Step 2: Create a CD/DVD or USB password reset boot disk with SWPR.

Step 3: Boot your computer from password reset boot disk.

Step 4: Recover the forgotten password for administrator account.

I hope my answer can help you.

The clutch is not engaging (it seems).. The wheel doesn't turn which in turn means it is not stitching. Haven''t used it in 6 months, but it was fine the last time I used it.

This may seem like a stupid answer but did you push in the knob. If you were winding bobbins last time you used it you may have forgotten to re-engage the clutch.

Recording Error, Can not record on this disc, E 4 54040990 Just trying to record from TV on a Memorex DVD+RW. Keep getting this error. Any ideas?

Recently started getting the same error message. I thought it was because I was getting to close to full or something that was trying to over fill the discs. Have tried EP and LP and this just started when I had a disc set to record to the end. I can't even open that one or finalize it. The rest do the same. They are working fine and when the error comes up, ZAP the disc is dead, no access.

I also tried putting the same disc into another Magnavox DVD recorder, still no access. These are both the most reliable recorders I've ever owned and I've had a number.

magnavox error message dvd "e 6 2a031000 can not record on this disc."

I suspect at this point, a batch of cheap Nexxtech DVDs. Also it's possible that it's a heat problem with the recorder? Once the disc goes into error mode, it's unreadable and all recordings that haven't been written to the TOC become invisible, but that time is forever lost on the DVD.

DVD is visibly (looking at recording surface) FULL but the supposed record time isn't used up. Data error. Discs reporting wrong size. Try a different brand of DVD.

Gateway Notebook NT3707- forgotten password operated by Windows Vista

the is only one solution, you have to have a program that will unlock the computer, I use a probuct here in my shop called Spotmau, that unlocks passwords, there is another method u might try first before you take it to a shop to unlock it, in the password dialog box type in the top admin, and in the password line type owner, that is the way gateway set their systems up to unlock the passwords when forgotten.

any further assistance you can send me a personal message and i will respond as soon as I get, I'll be glad to help in anyway I can.
