Parts are no problem. you have to remove the top and front facia . remove the srews of the metal frame to release the soap dispensor. the plastic clips that hold the dispensor halves together are a bit tricky once the halves are split you can pull it off the water valve. you need the 9 digit product or enr no to get the right part as there more than one version price approx £65. unplug the machine first. Hi I just had the same problem with my AEG. I fixed the problem without any spare parts, maybe just temporary - lets see. I opened the top of the washing mashine and in the rear of the soap dispensor i removed a small black shield, two srews. Under this shield I found three colored plastic cogwheels. I pushed the cogwheels down because it looked like they was not realy placed as they should. Afterwards I assembled everything and it worked. Hi I just had the same problem with my AEG.
