I bought a bad photocopy of the Operator manual from a seller on eBay, and put it online:

It\'s not great quality, but it\'s better than nothing.

I\'ve got some parts manual pages there, too. Also of dubious quality, but you can make out the part numbers.

Some fixya user told me a website reliablestore it is very good.. I used it to repair my' shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed. you can go there and try
most shredder owners know aboutt it
it's free so no harm in trying

I note your looking for the Super Tomahawk. If you can come up with a model number I think I can find your parts manual for sure. (or at least an on-line parts list.) Also.... If you can come up with an engine number like OH120 or L90 off of the engine I can find you a manual for the engine also.

that could be wiring issue that the battery isn't able to take up the electricity supplied to it.. u know, the conductor between them..
if possible get a manual from reliable-store to fix it urself

I just purchased a used 47261 yesterday for $200 .. It is like new, but I may need a new bag from this site and I will need to find a manual somewhere.
