Replaced Frigidaire model # FEF369CGTB oven clock pt # 316101004, which is no longer available, with Pt # 316101008. Everything works fine except the convection oven ("speed bake"). If you hit the speed bake switch with the oven off, power-on indicator light for speed bake comes on (but not the fan); if the oven is then turned on the indicator light goes of. When oven is operating, speed bake switch has no effect; i.e., neither fan nor speed bake indicator light activate.

I am not looking for a part at this time. Rather, need a work-around solution to get the convection oven work utilizing the new part already bought and installed. Why, do you have the Part that is NLA (316101004)?

    Thanks

Does anyone know if the convection oven can be made to work with the replacment part that was substituted for the NLA part?

when I push convection bake or convection roast, the oven heats up and the convection indicator shows that the fan is turning, but it doesn't turn at all. I just got had the oven delivered yesterday. Is there anything I can do short of returning it?

It can work, but you can get in trouble, use the original part from link above.

The retailer in first link sells rebuilt part (same circuit), for about $80
this retailer instead sells original part for $150

To work out a solution you need diagrams for both parts , evidently there are differences in the two boards.Check that you connected replacement properly, and that it uses same connection. If you have still problems get the original part.

I have no evidence of compatibility between clock 316101004,and 316101008, standing on your description (providing you connected contacts right) there are evident difference between the two board controls, in the best case, if you have diagrams for both board, it can work adjusting the connections, but you risk to get always trouble. If I was in your shoes I would buy a rebuilt 316101004 for $80. I am posting two links to remanufacturer below

Top and bottom heating element does not work on Frigidaire electric range ES300

Usually when both elements are not working and everything else is working fine, the problem is your OCU (oven control unit), commonly known to consumers as the clock.
The clock controls the oven and most times does not produce an error code when it fails.
You will need the actual model number from a sticker located on the oven frame when you open the bottom drawer, the sticker will have the model and serial number clearly listed.
Do a Google search for that model number and find the clock.
I've provided a link for what probably is the proper clock but without the full model number I can't say for sure:

Oven does not heat to set temperature. Could this be a bad element or the thermostate? Electric single oven, Model# RE537, PT 3497853 Serial# 78093

YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE SENSOR LOCATED IN THE OVEN USUALLY AT THE TOP NEAR THE BROIL ELEMENT.IF THIS DONT TAKE CARE OF IT YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE CLOCK/THERMOSTAT. DO THE SENSOR FIRST THIS IS THE CHEAPEST PART TO CHANGE.

Panasonic pt-61lcx65

I have the same TV and just replaced the same lampTY-LA1000.
You have to reset the clock that times the lamp.Hold down the volume button(first you turn on the TV) while holding down the PiP button or the swap Button on the remote. that fixed mine.
