I received notice that I will not be able to receive Netflix on my Roku XD l after 12/1. What do I have to do, get a newer model?

Yes, older model Roku XD began to lose support in 2015, and they do expect you to purchase a new model. There are often low priced news models for sale online, including both new and used models. Some new televisions have Roku support built in, if you ever replace your current tv in the future.

Xerox XC and XD series copier H3 or H4 error code reset procedure

To reset the H3 or H4 condition on just about any Xerox XC or XD series copier press the following key's in sequence and as quickly as possible (with 4 seconds for the first 4 keys)
Press "C" then the far left key (exposure mode) then the "C" key then the far left again.
So in other words C, far left, C, far left
If done correctly the display should go blank.
Now key in 14 as if you were going to make 14 copies.
Now press the print button.
The machine should reset and the code should be gone.
9 times out of 10 this is a false code that pops up due to power surges or noise.
If the code comes back this means you have a heater lamp or thermal fuse (more common) failure in the fusing area and will need service.
This procedure will work on all Xerox XD and XC models.

Card not initialized?

The error can be caused by:

1. The xD-Picture Card or internal memory is not formatted.

2. The xD-Picture Card contact area is soiled.

3. a camera fault

for 1.:

Format the xD-Picture Card or internal memory on the camera (p.130)
To format the internal memory or xD card goto format in the setup menu and chose the correct memory.

for 2.:

Wipe the contact area on the xD-Picture Card with a soft, dry cloth. It may be necessary to format the xD-Picture Card

(p.130).

If the message still appears, replace the xD-Picture Card

for 3.: You won't like this one:

Photos have been edited and now some of the photos you can't see on playback and it comes up with (xD) picture error. Does anyone know why and what we can do?

xD picture error means that the picture was stored on a logical bad sector on the card(one of the reasons cards have to be formatted time to time). Your only chance would be to back up all the pics you can then do a quick format which will fix the file system problems. Then scan your memory card with this software called smart recovery and you should be able to recover your pics 9 times out of 10. It has always worked for me and hope it works for you too.
http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/smartrecovery.html
PS: DO NOT do a FULL FORMAT. You should only do a QUICK FORMAT.

Good luck,
Sai.

2008 RSTD. Supposedly 6gallon tank only gets 130 miles range. Dealer says its designed to only be able to use 4 gallons. What's up with that?

According to the Royal Star Spec Sheet,
It has 5.3 gallon tank and the "estimated" mileage is listed at 42 mpg. So let's be realistic and figure 35 mpg is more inline with reality... and if you're using 4 gallons it would be 135 miles , if you're using 5 it would be 175 miles. You'd want to have some reserve left so figure 4 gallons usable (before you need to fill it again). So the dealer's 4 gallon figure is in the ballpark. The 130 miles per tank, could be improved with how it's driven... but the mileage figures they publish.... I don't know of anyone who can achieve them... Hope this helps with your question. Have fun on that thing!

There is a white tube connector that goes into a temperature gaug

If you're in USA phone 800.858.4477 or in Canada 800.263-5798 get a manual for your glass washer DF serial # G1307 give them the serial # so they will send you the correct one instead of just any DF model and because they've been undated them a lot. The latest one may not be suitable for your machine, so by the serial # they can find out how old is the machine. God Bless Dickson

Canon pc980 dF error

Page 62 of PS980 manual shows how to get rid of the dF error, and it worked for me just now. If you can't see any paper causing a jam, there could be a small piece of paper above the white feeding belt. 1) turn off copier, lift lid, and gently pull the feeding belt. If nothing falls out and you still get the error, 2) insert a postcard to the left of the feeding belt and wiggle vertically and horizontally. To my surprise, a small piece of paper I had copied and forgotten about emerged on top of the copier lid!
