Hi, I take it this is a project, as it isn't easy. Try looking at this forum:http://www.preludeonline.com/f60/replacing-clutch-too-hard-230133/
But I would advise buying a haynes manual to get an idea of what you are letting your self into and gives you diagrams and pictures, but do not worry about getting the exact year, as for years afterwards they used a simular clutch system. If you want further assistance, come back to me?

Can you put the motor and 5 seed transmission from a 1993 acura integra into a 1994 honda prelude s

No, your car is set up for hydraulic transmission linkage and the Integra is a cable clutch. The mounting would also be a nightmare. The Integra's front motor mount is way different than the Accord and Prelude. Wiring harness would be another nightmare. Just find an Si, they are pretty cheap now.

1992 prelude si - battery/alternator prob?

if you can charge the battery and drive it for a while then sounds like the altenator has failed and is not re-charging the battery, good way to test is to charge the battery, start the car and turn the light on, if everything is dimm or the motor dies there is little to no charge voltage, and will require altenator work

1992 Honda Prelude Clutch

Either your master or slave cylinder is leaking (if hydraulic) Replace leaking cylinder with repair kit and blead the system. More serious it could be a problem on the clutch assembly.

Clutch

buy the book and read it, replacing a clutch on a front wheel drive car is a lot of work.. if you do it put the front of the car on jack stands.. remove both front tires and wheels..make sure you support the engine enough for your own safety. replace all the clutch parts while you are there, disk, cover, throwout bearing.. .. buy quality parts preferably made in Japan or the USA.. good luck
