First check you're not impacted by an outage

Use our Service Status Page to check if you are impacted by an outage.
If you're impacted, the Service Status Page will explain the interruption you're experiencing, provide updates on the issue, and when possible, estimate when the issue should be resolved. There's nothing further you can do until the outage is restored however the following information may help provide alternate options during the impacted period.
If you aren't impacted, or an outage in your area is showing as resolved but you're still experiencing problems, try troubleshooting the issue.

Troubleshooting

You can view a list of known issues affecting Telstra services online. You can search your postcode or suburb and we'll show you important information like when we expect to fix the issue.
Check for network issues in your area which may explain the interruption you're experiencing.
If your issue is not listed, or a service outage is recorded as 'resolved' but your phone isn't working, try using our Troubleshooting Tool to get your service back up and running. https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/home-phone/faults/fix-your-home-phone-problem

Oven won t heat up properly

Hello Greg, I am happy to assist you. Let's try reprogramming the range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the unit back on. If you have a gas range, while the unit is turn off; confirm that the shut-off valve on the gas pressure regulator is in the "ON" position (usually located on the back left-hand side of the range). This valve shuts off gas to the oven. Then you may turn the appliance on. An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. The unit could possibly be experiencing a potential wiring failure, faulty EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or bake or broil element. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.

Dishwasher heating element won't turn off

Hello niki4god - I recommend resetting the dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. In this case, your unit may possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the control board or a potential wiring failure.

Cuando boi a estrar en mi facebook solo me dice esto Sorry, we are experiencing temporary technical problem, please check back later.

Facebook is probably either doing some updating, or it may actually be having some server issues. Try again after a while and see if the problem has been resolved.

Flashing reset power

The HP support site has the following solution for your problem. Appearantly, If turning the power off by pressing the power button and then turning the power back on, by pushing the power button does not solve the problem, the printer needs to be examined by a service technician. When this type of problem happens to me, I will always unplug and remove all power for the device, be it a printer or computer and let it sit for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it back on. This gives the unit time to cool down and reset itself. I pasted the solution page excerp from the HP support site below to show you exactly what HP suggests. I hope that you found this information helpful. If I can be of further service to you, please let me know. Brian All lights on the all-in-one are flashing and there is a Power Reset error message in the LCD. You may be experiencing all or one of the following symptoms:
  • All lights flash and the Power Reset message displays on the LCD when the unit is first turned on or during any normal operation of the product such as printing, changing cartridges, copying, faxing, or remaining idle, while the unit is turned on. Solution
  • Follow the steps below until the issue is resolved. All of the following steps might not be necessary to resolve the issue. Step one - Turn the unit off and on
    1. Press the Power button to turn the unit off.
    2. Press the Power button to turn the unit back on.

    • If the issue is resolved, you do not need to continue with the rest of the instructions on this page.
    • If the issue is not resolved, continue to the next step.
Step two - Service the product If you have completed all of the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service your product.

What does OE stand for on my washer

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. OE is a drain error, it flashes when the washer won’t drain within 10 minutes. TO resolve this issue you’ll have to check the drain pump filter for any clogs, also check the drain hose for any kinks and clean the drain pump filter. If still the issue is not resolved then you might have to replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

We had a short in the wiring where the dishwasher plugs into the wall. After fixing the wiring, the dishwasher now has a message "OE" when I turn it on.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error OE in your LG dishwasher is a drain error, which is displayed when the unit won’t drain out in spite of 5 minutes drain operation. To resolve this issue you’ll need to check the drain hose for any blockages, also check the wiring connection to the pump. If still the issue is not resolved then you’ll have to replace the drain pump/motor. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

I replaced the lamp and still have black screen

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. To start with open the back off the unit and use compressed air to blow out all the dust from the components and avoid blowing it into the fan on the right as the dust will end up inside the lamp module. If still the issue is not resolved then check the Ballast which is the power source for the Lamp, as if that is not working it won’t let the lamp to work. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks
