Most top loading machines have a couple of screws at the back and sllide backsward and the lift off. I cannot find a diagram online to confirm this but it's worth a try

Testimonial: "First response wrong. Second response perfect. I had found the correct method before the second response, but appreciate the second response."

Small condencer on my 39P400 has two coloured wires red &blue which wire goes onto what pole ??

Either way around it doesn't matter. Unless it is marked with a P & N or + & - then red would go to P or +

My simpson eziloader machine won't start - when I press the start button it clunks a couple of times then nothing - water won't enter have checked the inlet pipes

sounds like blocked pump or door latch sensor/switch more likely pump blocked.thats normally first to activate in wash cycle.if unsure seek help to locate and check.it ll be either accessable from bottom front of machine or you may need to tip it up as it ll be at bottom of machine.unplug first, and if you pull pipes off pump to access there will be some water.hold waste pipe as low as itll go to release any water left in machine

I need a user manual for my 7kg EZIloader front loading Simpson washing machine

Google the make and model and add the words user manual to the end. There you will see numerous sites that offer either free or inexpensive user manuals that you can order or download. My favorite site is simply manuals.com.

Simpson eziloader 5.5kg washing machine When i turn it on and select a program the machine clicks and the light flashes three times and then turns off the cycle (the cycle does not commence).

1.Turn off machine 2.unplug from power 3.leave unplugged for 5-10 mins 4.open door (if has water in drain via pump/lint filter (botton right flap). 5.empty contents(if wet turn drum by hand( may be unbalanced) close door) 6. turn on power 7. select colours 40 cycle 8. press start button 9.wait a moment ( chip reset ) 10.hopefully machine will fill with water and let complete cycle

Simpson Eziloader frontload washer clunks 3 times and ends

The motor controller or ECU is to blame.

Have them checked & replace as necessary.
