To reset the device via the hardware keys, do the following:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Hold the Vol Down Send End keys until the Samsung Behold II screen appears.
3. A small "recovery mode" notice will appear in the upper left corner of the screen.
4. Press the Menu key. The phone displays the software loading icon (a box with yellow arrow pointing down to the device).
5. Press the Menu key again to complete the reset. After the reset, the device restarts and finishes loading.
