I have an Unknown Error Code 13019 that has just appeared today. I have unticked the "Sync Music" box and then completed a sync without any music and then ticked it again and synced it back but I'm still getting this code. It's never happened before.

Make sure you have the most recent itunes before you do this its pretty lengthy but should hopefully sort your issue!!

Error occurs while syncing music The error will most commonly occur while syncing music. This issue can be resolved by following these steps:

  1. Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.
  2. Click the Music tab and under the Sync music option, choose Selected playlists.
  3. Deselect the Voice Memos playlist.
  4. Click Apply and then click Sync.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check the device and the iTunes library for duplicate voice memos. If you find any duplicate voice memos, delete the duplicates and then sync.
If those steps do not resolve the issue, then follow these steps:
  1. Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.
  2. Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option.
  3. Click Apply and then click Sync.
  4. After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option.
  5. Click Apply and then click Sync.
Test in a new user account If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync with iTunes while logged in as a new admin user. Follow these steps to create a new administrator user:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7
  1. From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
  2. Open User Accounts.
  3. Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process.
  4. Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu.
  5. Log in to the newly created user account.
Mac OS X
  1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. Choose View > Accounts.
  3. Click the "+" (you may need to authenticate to be able to click this).
  4. Give the new user account a name and short name and enter a password.
  5. Select the checkbox for "Allow user to administer this computer". This makes the user an admin user.
  6. Click Create Account.
  7. Log out and then log in to the new account.
If the error does not occur in the new user account, other content is causing the error. Proceed to the next section.
If the error does occur in the new user account, the issue may be caused by content downloaded to the device, such as podcasts. Removing content from the device may address the issue.
Error occurs while syncing other content If the error occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), perform the same steps as above, but deselect the content that stops the sync. Deselect one type of content, then attempt to sync. Continue until you sync without error. Deselect Apps last, since restoring your Apps would take longer than restoring other content.

SOURCE: I keep trying to sync my iphone to itunes, but it

Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
Reset

To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond

  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:
Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

SOURCE: Can't sync my iPhone, due to error code 13019

This error is usually resolved by updating to the latest version of iTunes. Currently, it is iTunes 10.

If the error still occurs after that, deselect the syncing of voice memos, or better yet, remove the check on the Sync Music checkbox then click Apply and immediately right after the sync is finish, check the Sync Music checkbox again and click Apply.

When i download the lyrics into my ipod it says unkown error 13019

  • It is a problem with the Voice Memos.Delete the Memo in iTunes.Delete the Memo on the phone.Synced. Success.
  • The problem is not limited to voice memos. The work-around listed of unchecking the "Sync music" box, then syncing, then rechecking the box, and syncing again, does seem to work.
