My drum wont go round when washing and spinning.

If the drum is freely turn then there is no issue with drum blockage.
Tighten the nut that holds the round white motor. In worse case, you may need to replace the motor.

more information needed, does drum go round at all, is there water left in the machine .............. the more info you give however silly helps us decide what to recommend as a cure

Machine not spinning....check]
1..all water gone clean pump trap and check blocked drain
2....somehting stopping drum spin drum freely by hand.
3....too much soap use low suds soap and very little of it.
4....motor brushes wearing out...call for service for this one.

It will not spin with water in.
See if you can locate a filter, and clean same.

If front loader, take top off (dissconnect plug) check the beltmay be broken- the motor may be spinning on its own
Also spin the drum round to make it has'nt seized

either motor faulty or carbon brushes worn down take motor out and inspect

will the drum go round when on a wash. and is it drianing water out if the drum goes round its not your brushes. if it not emptying water you pump as gone and will not spin if there is water in the drum

Depending on your washing machine model, the drum and motor are connected by 2 plastice yellow circular pieces, with a black rubber washer in the middle with holes where the pegs or rods go into. The 2 plastic circular pieces have 3 pegs or rods if you will, that connect to the black rubber washer via 3 holes. Sometimes, one or both of the 2 plastic circular piece pegs get broken off or the rubber washer cracks and breaks apart, so that the motor will not turn the drum. If thats the case, you can purchase the 2 circular pieces and black washer piece as a set.

Filter can be clogged, pump can be dead or water outlet clogged.
