IM3511 error code F1-15?? What do we do? - Sharp AR-M205 Copier

This should help:

open the sorter door and move the stapler sometimes they get hung up. Then turn copier off and on. If you still get code, call for service.

There are several things that can cause this. The easiest thing that you can fix is to make sure the presuure is on in the fuser. Open the left side door. The fuser is the hot part at the top.right. There are two tabs, one at the fron and one at the back. Make sure these are LOOSE. If they are locked down it removes pressure from the fuser and it will smear the copies. The other things that can cause this are drum wear, bad or worn developer, etc, but those need a technician to change.

make sure all the covers/doors are open.at the fuser unit area.

Firstly make sure that in the cassette the paper tray guides are fully against the paper as if they are not the paper will wiggle through the machine and cause your fault. If this doesn't work then check the paper path as there maybe a small piece of paper causing it to shift and turn causing the crumple. Also check the fuser and the little plastic stripper fins as they may have dried toner on them causing the fault.
