Htc hd2,phone battery died,put on charge and turned it

It seems that you have to update the software of HTC HD2 Smartphone. HTC provides Rom Upgrade in which it completely replaces the built - in software in the phone. Rom upgrade in the HTC HD2 Smartphone extends its features, imroves its performance which makes it easy to use.

Rom upgradation completely erase the personal data and the customized settingsor any installed programs in the HTC HD2 Smartphone. Before Rom upgradation pleas backup all your data.

During ROM upgrade, make sure that your phone battery is at least 50% charged. Automatic standby and hibernation are disabled in computer, and close all running programs. Do not disconnect your HTC HD2 Smartphone from your computer while the phone software is being updated. If you disconnect the HTC HD2 Smartphonee during the software update, it may become unusable.

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

backup and hard reset

Try entering the password properly,maybe in lower case or upper case.If the problem persists then you may have to perform a reset on your phone.

my phone did this you will have to master reset your phone turn phone off hold both volume buttons down then go through the process

take it to your service provider they will fix your problem on the spot usually or order you a new one free of charge. -Derek

need to do a hard reset because for some reason it does not take your password it happened to me and they told me to just hard reset

call the manufacterers helpline. give them your ESIN number and some basic information and they will reset your PIN for you. simple as that.

I can input the numeric code for my password but when I press the unlock key it is not responding..my phone is HTC HD2 touch
