My all contacts & messages in phone memory r deleted itself. how can i restore them?

First thing to note is that the deleted data on the phone will remain there until something new is saved and overwrites it. This might not happen immediately but eventually, after continued use, it will.

Hi, you can delete selected message recipient by using Conversation View in Nokia X3. Please open Messages menu and select Conversation view, now select option on any message recipient then select Delete Conversation to delete the messages sent by a particular recipient. You can delete Calls from the log by opening Log Menu and selecting "Clear Log lists". You cannot move any Messages directly to the Memory Card or to a folder in Memory Card.
