My guess, it's the battery... Manual has troubleshooting steps that point to battery.
1) Timer requires CR2 battery to work ... double check markings on your
battery. Programs will not function without battery. Battery can be low
without BATT warning on screen.
2) ST01C has 1 year limited warranty. Things wear out.
3) When reprogramming, do you Reset timer? Or just reprogram Time-Date. Last-ditch troubleshoot says to Reset and Re-program timer.
Press the "Menu" button From main menu scroll to
"Settings/Tools" and select it by pressing the center "Menu/OK" button.
Scroll to "Settings" and select it. Scroll and
select "More". Scroll to "Security" and press your "Menu/OK" button. Enter in your phone's security code when prompted. Select
"Reset/Erase", then "Reset". A warning message will appear. Press the "Menu/OK"
button, then highlight and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.
Note: If you do not know your lock code, try using the last four digits of
your phone number or four zeros. If this is unsuccessful, contact your
wireless provider for additional assistance
Is this the first lamp you have placed into your Infocus pj? If not, did you reset the hours when you did it last time? Otherwise that can also confuse the projectors internal system thinking there is NOT a new lamp in there and there for make it stop working once the clock hours are expired and over the 3000-6000 suggested hour life.
