Hi. Different numbers of LED's flashing mean different faults.
Your machine can be in "lock " mode.
To unlock it, turn the machine on.
Move the joystick full forward until it beeps.
Then move the joystick full reverse until it beeps.
The machine should then work normally.
If you still have flashing LED's, count the flashes between the pauses, and let me know.
Good luck. Neil.

Shoprider power chair won't move and 8 Battery LED Lights are flashing

Code 8: Controller problem. Also, check to see if your gearbox levers are engaged - if you can roll the chair by hand the gearbox is not engaging the motors.

Jet 3 flashes "code 7".

The VSI joystick controller of the Jet 3 with a flash code of 7 LEDs flashing on the battery condition display indicates a possible joystick fault.
The most likely problem is with the joystick gimble. You can also get a 7 bar flash if the joystick is out of the neutral position at start-up.
Run the joystick in a circle and back and forth feeling for any sticky or broken/dead spots. Check to see if the spring and gimble come back to center when you release it. Turn off the VSI and try centering the joystick. Turn the VSI back on and see if you can get the fault to clear.
The only recourse is to have the unit rebuilt or replaced . A rebuilt VSI will run about $500 and a new one about $1600. For this reason it is best to check with your insurance before performing the work to see if its a covered item. Hope this helps

Lights blinking when power is turned on chair will not move

RB Are the lights giving you a flash code ie: 4 flashes pause four flashes etc or are they all flashing with no pattern? Make sure the chairs freewheel levers are in the drive position then turn it back on to see if they still flash. If the lights are scrolling from right to left then the joystick is in lockout mode. let me know what you find and maybe we can figure this out. Hope this helps you

On my Ultra Jet 3 th power lights keep flashing?

Count the number of flashes IE 3 flashes a pause then 3 flashes this is a error code and tells the tech what the problem is. Without knowing the number of flashes I cannot help. If you have your owners manual there should be a page for error codes somewhere near the joystick page

Pride Jet 2 power chair with with 3 red and 3 yellow lights flashing. Batteries checked ok under load, all connections have been checked. I moved the chair and it would not move again. Just that quick.

Hi. The fault code you have is called the "Inhibit active".
It can be caused by a blown charger fuse, which causes the charger inhibit to activate.
Also if the 3-pin charger inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, or the connector is faulty, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.
Hope this helps. Neil.

Yellow lights blink and chair does not move on Jet 3 power chair

The number of lights that are blinking indicate what the problem is. Visit this site to locate the type on controller on your power chair and you will be able to see that the blinking lights mean:

Try to reset your manual brake release as this is a common problem.
If you continue to have a problem, contact your manufacturer or dealer for service. If your insurance purchased they power chair for you, they may also cover the cost of repairs.
Good luck!

The lights are flashing and i cant get the chair to move. What should I do?

The flashing lights is a fault code. Count how many lights are flashing, and let us know, then we can tell you what the fault is. Check that both free-wheel levers are in the correct place. Good luck. Neil.
