First, check / remove the water filter in the tank, next try to run hot water thru the wand, not steam but water, this should prime the system, then turn off and back on, that should do the trick, unless you have a bad pump. Good Luck!

I have an older model cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker. This am the water will only slow drip through the filter. There is lots of gurgling but not much coffee. Can u help me figure out what's wrong?

Calcium buildup. Follow your coffee maker's manual cleaning procedures to dissolve the hardness buildup.

If you can't find your manual, try mixing 1-2 cup of white vinegar in an 8-oz to 12-oz pot of water and pour it into the water receptor. Run the coffee maker until about 1/2 the water has passed through the machine then turn it off and let it stand for awhile (say an hour). Then turn it back on and let it finish. This should dissolve the hardness buildup in the machine and restore the flow. If not repeat. If you use a paper filter during the process, you should capture all sorts of hardness particles.

After it's flowing good again, run with one or two pots of water to rinse.

Fagor cr-22 is not working and showing 3 flashing lights alternatively left and right? what is the problem

you should always use just about one tablespoon of white vinegar added to a potful of cold water, poured into your coffee maker, followed by one full pot of plain cold water to rinse thoroughly.....I think using at least 2-3 full pots of cold water to rinse should fix the problem. Of course you realize you have to have the pot on each time you pass water through it, as if you were making coffee. I think calcium cleaaners are too harsh otherwise. [email protected]

Cleaned the Cuisinart with vinegar yesterday, rinsed through with water. Now it makes a lot of noise and takes a VERY LONG TIME to perk, and the result is too strong and doesn't make the expected number...

I had the same problem. We had stopped using the little charcoal filter and as a result got coffee into the intake. It was partially blocked. The result was lots of steam, but no water coming out the tube. After repeated power rinsing and a little compressed air down the out flow tube it is all working again.

Coffee maker shuts off during brew

Unplug for 20 minutes or longer, then:
Cuisinart Coffeemaker Decalcification Process

Run 2 cups distilled white vinegar and 2 cups water through the system - brew it like it was regular coffee. Then run plain water through the coffemaker to rinse the vinegar out and make sure the decalcification was successful. Repeat as needed. Don't forget to remove the charcoal water filters first.

Hi,

Make sure you not get any water in the grinder. If you not get any water in the grinder then it can be the micro switch that has to be replaced.

You can program the button for how much coffee you will have, press and hold the button, when you reach the level you want then release the button.

let me know if you get your machine to work.
Have a nice day

Saeco Incanto not grinding

Hi Chris,

The leaking is your steam valve that has to be replaced, you can see this if you open the door and look up in the right corner there you will see water drip.

If not then you have a pipe or boiler leak.

How old is your machine?
How often do you descale the machine?

When you try to make a cup of coffee, starts the grinder for two seconds or is it dead?

Hope this will help you.
