Can't tell what is wrong, but the manual shows two images of the ribbon replacement in case it has been incorrectly replaced, but that is something only you could observe.

press control + p then select your printer then slect page range all.select this option buton.also u can set print setup. manually.
other if u have long doc then press crtrol A to select manual then paste in notepad then control +
p then u can get print in costing of paaper.

Perhaps you first have to register your camera with Panasonic, on the site on the first page of the manual. And then you can buy a printed version of the same manual.

They do not print manuals with a large print font. I suggest you use a magnifying glass to read the manual.

Check the software provided or installed on your Computer you use for work(printing software), look for print properties, check for print settings, look for manual Feed, Under manual Feed, set it for letterheads, however this has to correspond with the Applications you are using to print letterheads out of( under print, into the preferrences you should be able to have the settings as well). If your printer software does have these settings, then you will have to do it Manually upon every print.

Please open the manual feed and try to print using manual feed if you are able to print fine using manual feed that check pickup roller of Tray 2.
First of try to print using Manual feed and let me know if it is printing from Manual feed or not.

Manual 2-sided printing. Most of the supported media sizes and types listed for printing from tray 1 can be manually duplexed. Do not use the 2–sided printing feature on transparencies, envelopes, or labels.

This problem can be addressed with adjustments to your "Print" window screen that comes up after you click "print" on your Adobe toolbar:
When the "Print" window comes up, click in the "All" button, then move you cursor down to the drop-down list for "Page Scaling" and chose the "Fit to paper" option. make sure the "Auto-Rotate and Center" box is checked (if you usually print "portrait"). Then click OK.

Note Depending on the printer model, you might have to turn and reorder the pages to print the other side of the stack.

check if your LQ590 is set for manual feedor continuous feed. There is a toggle switch somewhere near the rubber rollers,there are symbols that will indicate for continuous paper printing or manual, select manual printing. Also in your print window,select printer properties, select manual printing. Yourprinter might be set up for sheet feeder or continuous paper printing. hope this helped.
