I am sure I answered this last week, in fact I know I did!. It is not available as a direct replacement. Look on the unit for an input voltage or ask the maker. Or you can buy one of these and see what happens?

jwgbounder, despite the relatively recent acquisition, apparently Black & Decker no longer services Vector products either. They sold their Vector line to Baccus Global LLC as of about August 2010 (see http://support.blackanddecker.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5771 ).
I have the same lamp you do, and here's how I recently replaced my battery. Replacement source for Vector Spot battery "SEL DMU6-6": the Tempest TR6-6 at BatterySpec @http://www.batteryspec.com/cgi-bin/cart.cgi?action=link&product=313 . (I suggest avoiding their TR6-6A for Vectors Spotlights: it's a little bigger, and may not fit. Also, BatterySpec suggests the Tempest 5-6A as an equivalent for the original "SEL DMU 6-6"; that's only equivalent if5ah=6ah. Caveat Emptor). You can see the actual specs on this product at (the manufacturer) Tempest's web site: http://www.tempestbatteries.com/html/tr6-6.html. This seems to be a virtually identical battery as Vector's original "SEL DMU 6-6" in every way but one. Vector's battery had one F1 (.187"wide) terminal, and one F2 (.250" wide) terminal. On the BatterySpec's Tempest, both terminals are F1. This was no problem: the Vector lamp's leads snap snug and secure over both terminals. I paid $10.90, plus $10.13 shipping, ordered on Saturday morning 10/23, got a shipping confirmation from their San Jose CA warehouse Monday evening 10/25, and received it in Virginia on Monday morning 11/1/2010.
11/5 update: battery charged, and the lamp works great.
Baccus just bought Vector from Black & Decker (Sept. 2010) Looks like flashlight model # VEC 139BW but a different color. (Mine is White w/blue trim.) There is a battery in the top & one in the bottom, replace them at the same time. If I can find several battery stores in Buffalo you should be able to find a local battery store there. Baccus- 877-571-2391 for main beam, area light no longer available. Try to find local distributor & save shipping charges.

I found another compatable but it was only a 5 Amp/hr battery. The above link is a direct replacement for the SEL DMU 6-6 6V6AH battery that came with the dual spotlight.
The bulb you are looking for to fit these vector spot lights is an automotive bulb, and H3 with a PK22s base. They come with a cable and a nickle size disk at the base of the bulb. They come in several wattages, eg 55w and 100w. Try the "bulbs.com" website, in their search box type "H3 PK22s" and you will see they have a variety of wattages and voltages. Be sure you buy a 12V for these spot lights. They come with a cable and nickle size disk at the base of the bulb. Hope this helps. From Uncle Ray
