I have the same problem with the same camera. I checked other sites and it seems that the C330 takes only SD cards up to a max of 1GB. It won't read SDHC cards and it won't read SD cards greater than 1GB.

I will try to find a 1GB. I did buy one and it worked. It seems strange. Thanks

With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, insert the new card and do the format thing again.

I formatted internal memory without the card and with the card. When I tried to format the new SD 2GB card it gave me "filesy Error e00100" I have returned several cards to Walgreens, CVS, K-Mart and Walmart, and no one seems too happy because the packaging is torn. I have also taken my camera to the store as proof that the new memory cards will not work. I finally bought some 35mm film for my OLD Minolta camera that works.

Have you installed an anti-virus? Sometimes that kind of problem is cause by virus. Try to install an anti-virus and scan all the drives. Since its a brand new phone, bringing it to a service center is the best thing to do. Use the manufacturer warranty to get it free of charge.

This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card.
Try to format the memmory card using a card reader and the PC this should solve your problem if not you have to replace the memmory card.

Cant take a pic says card is full

If this is a brand new memory card, the two things to do/check are:
- Make sure the camera supports 2GB of memory (manual should say that)
- Format the memory card - the manual should give detailed instructions of how to navigate through the menu and perform a format on the memory card

Memory card states it's full, when it's a new one

Are you sure the camera is writing to the card and not the internal memory of the camera?

I bought a 2GB SD card for my Kodak EasyShare C330 Camera

Buy a 1GB card (or 2). The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.

Aiptek IS-DV Memory Full message when memory card is empty

Exactly the same thing happend to me with my brand-new Aiptek. Turns out it was the no-name brand SD card that I got from China which destroyed it. Aiptek was kind enough to replace it for free since it was under warranty. Aiptek's caution: Stick to brands like SanDisk, Dane-Elec, Kingston, Transcend or PNY. Purchase from resellers like Target, Best Buy, Newegg.com or Amazon.com. Avoid MINI & MACRO style cards. NO Sandisk Ultra II or Extreme III, class 6. AVOID Hi-SPEED!

Camera saying memory full to a brand new memory card.

You may have a defective memory card. Have you tried it in a different device? Do you have a card reader on your printer or computer? If so, try inserting the card and see if your computer can read the card, and write files to the card.

Not responding?

if the game is brand new its not the game. the most likely reason this happens is because your computers graphics card is not sufficient, what is your graphics cards memory? the brand? model? if you do not know this, how old is your computer? when did you get it and when was the last time you updated your computer with new hardware?

try to change the mega pixel rating and see,,,,
did you format the memory card initially before using that brand new??
