Before you do anything with it, please clean the sim card and sim card connector on the handset. Even a small rust/dust can create this problem.
If it doesn't help, you need to check the Sim card on another Handset. In most cases, this is damaged sim connector, and will be necessary to replace or re-soldered/refreshed. rijamunir, make sure if sim connector is not damaged, and try hard reset 3+*+green button+poer on button press and hold until show insert sim card. then insert sim card , the problem will be solved with hard reset described aboove.

Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery. The SIM card and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratches or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card. 1. Press and slide the back cover towards the bottom of the phone, and remove it (1). 2. Remove the battery (2). 3. Insert the SIM card into the holder with the contact surface facing down (3). 4. Insert the battery (4), and replace the back cover (5). Remove the SIM card
Press the release spring (1), and slide out the SIM card (2).
There can be two problems.
First, you might have put your phone in offline mode. Press the power button once. It will show list of profiles like Normal, silent, outdoor etc. Press Normal and your phone will search for network automatically.
Second, Your sim may be damaged. Please check by inserting another sim and see if it works.

sometimes it is as simple as cleaning the sim card and sim points on the phone with a pencil eraser. sometimes it is related to a simcard IC (usually placed close to the sim tray in the phone) so if u do not succeed cleaning the sim and sim points of the phone u need to change the simcard IC
