I had the same error message printed with the same printer. I solved my problem by printing my PDF document with another program.

I found the problem with my non-networked Samsung ML-1610 laser printer.

I had it plugged into a 4 way (unpowered) v2.0 hub.

When I plugged it directly into a USB port on the computer the printing error disappeared

Good day Sir, These are the possible causes why your machine print the wrong text.

Problem: The machine prints, but the text is wrong, garbled, or incomplete.
  • The printer cable is loose or defective.
  • the wrong printer driver was selected.
  • The software application is malfunctioning.
  • The operating system is malfunctioning.

Turn it off and unplug it for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in, turn it on and try printing a Self-Test (Setup, 2, 5). If this works, try printing your document again.

Xerox P16 error
What I would do is go through the Menu program and delete ALL of the memory programs complete look for system data then scroll through the memory and delete all the Memory this is where i would start first, By the way "Samsung" made this product for Xerox so this is technically a Samsung Product.

We would also like to know exactly how to fix this problem as it doesn't seem to work at all now!
